The Challenge

Lecavalier Cellars had a beautiful tasting room, a great product, and a loyal local base—but growth had plateaued. They weren’t reaching enough new customers through organic social or local media. Walk-in traffic was unpredictable, wine club signups were slow, and paid efforts lacked direction. They needed a clearer strategy to boost brand awareness and increase in-person and online engagement—especially among a younger audience that values authenticity and experience.

The Solution

We launched a structured influencer marketing program that combined brand storytelling with performance media. Each quarter, we designed themed content “flights” focused on different aspects of the Lecavalier experience: ambiance, seasonal pairings, sustainability, and local events.

We brought in a mix of creators:

  • Local influencers to visit the tasting room and share in-the-moment experiences

  • Regional wine-focused influencers who could promote shipped products

The content was published as Instagram Reels and Carousels, with 12-month repurposing rights. High-performing posts were supported by paid Meta ads to extend reach and drive action. We tracked key metrics across bookings, deliveries, and social engagement to guide optimizations.

 

The Results

The influencer campaign quickly drove real-world impact. Tasting room bookings rose steadily, supported by a strong response to Reels and Carousel posts. Wine club signups increased, and Instagram engagement improved across the board.

Paid promotion behind the top-performing posts helped expand reach beyond the influencers’ organic audiences. The Lecavalier team also gained a full library of high-quality content they could use in future campaigns, reducing production costs moving forward.

This effort gave Lecavalier a repeatable strategy to grow their local presence and tell their story in a way that resonated with new audiences.
