Recalibrating vibes at New Glory.

A Sacramento craft brewery with a bold, psychedelic identity and a team full of voices had a social presence that never quite sounded like one brand. The fix was not a louder feed. It was a coherent one.

About New Glory

New Glory has been a key part of Sacramento's craft beer scene since 2012, known for experimental style and creative brewing. The brewery focuses on high-quality ingredients and reflects local culture in every beer it makes.

The challenge

New Glory has always had a team eager to represent the brand, which meant high energy and a steady stream of content. It also meant many individual voices shaping the online presence, and the messaging became fragmented, making it hard to tell one unified story.

Leadership wanted a more strategic, streamlined approach to content and brand communication: a recognizable, cohesive voice online, without sanding off the personality that made the brand worth following in the first place.

The approach

We started with the visuals: dynamic product photography that reflects the vibrant character and real flavors behind each beer, organized by a comprehensive content calendar built around their extensive lineup of seasonal releases and core favorites.

Then we did the thing that cannot be done remotely: our team spent real time in the brewery, meeting the staff, gathering ideas firsthand, and absorbing the energy and playful spirit that defines New Glory. You cannot fake a brand voice you have never heard in person.

The strategy wove those vibrant visuals together with the creative process and the people behind it, producing a consistent brand narrative that resonated with loyal fans and new audiences alike.

The results

Amplified, not overhauled.

The strategy focused on enhancing what already made New Glory unique rather than replacing it, and the numbers followed: engagement tripled across platforms at a sustained cadence of six posts a week, with hook scores doubling.

The impact showed up beyond the feed. As the craft market tightened and regional competitors closed their doors, New Glory saw growing demand: more local bars requesting kegs of the iconic Gummy Worms beer, and supermarkets expanding shelf space for a wider range of offerings.

The revitalized presence re-engaged loyal fans, drew in new audiences, and reinforced New Glory's reputation as a creative, community-driven leader in the craft beverage space.

The best social strategy for a brand with real personality is not invention. It is amplification, done consistently.
